Blurry Cover Photo for Home Page when viewing from Smart Phone portrait view.

Is there a way to adjust how much your website is scale or zoom the content for mobile view? It seems when viewing on smart phones in portrait view, the larger photos are blurred. When you turn to landscape mode, it is fine. Please help.
