Blurry Video Upload

My uploaded video on WordPress is blurry. It doesn’t matter whether HD is activated or not. It should not be this blurry. When I view the same uploaded video on Vimeo, it is not blurry. When I embed the video from Vimeo and watch it on my WordPress web site, it is blurry. Through trial and error I have determined that my video is only blurry once it is play through my wordpress web site. I have tried altering all the settings, ration, rate etc… Nothing helps. It is clear when I watch it on Quick time as well. So, this is a wordpress issue.

Would someone from WordPress please contact me and provide assistance regarding this matter? It is clear by my reading of past forums covering the same issue that I am not the only customer who has had this difficulty. This is clearly a WordPress issue. I have tried different browsers, different uploads with different settings etc… The only way my presentation is clear, even with HD, is if I view it on my PC with Quick time or if I view it via Vimeo. That exact same upload is always blurry on WordPress. Even if I embed the clear Vimeo version, once it is viewed via WordPress, it is blurry.
I purchased the upgrade because I specifically need to post many videos. I need WordPress to contact me. The forum is not addressing my issue.

Ok ok, so I solved the issue on my own! The blurry nature of an uploaded video is caused by the technical limitations of the web theme. Once I looked at and applied themes other than the one I have been using, I had no problem viewing the file without any distortion or blur.
