Boardwalk: Changing post's size on mobile view similar to Cubic
-
Hi, I am using Boardwalk theme for my blog: jonedchou.wordpress.com
I really like the theme and the creator did a good job. However, I have a small problem with how the theme looks on the mobile devices.
On mobile devices, the posts are displayed in very short rectangle which user difficult to see the featured images. I would like to change it to look like how Cubic theme displaying it’s posts on mobile.
I believe Cubic is the child theme of Boardwalk, but I dont know if what I’m asking can be done or not.
Thanks
Joned.

I’m not sure how to make Boardwalk look exactly like Cubic, but maybe making the posts taller would help. Note that it may stretch out some of the images in funny ways.
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) { body.home:not(.filter-on) .hentry.has-post-thumbnail .entry-header { min-height: 300px; } } -
I agree, Joned.!
I fell for Boardwalk immediately, but then was very disappointed with how it looked on mobile. It was as if the genius thinking that created such a fresh look for desktop hardly gave mobile a second thought.
I’d rather see ONE of my images dominate the screen of a mobile device, and then expect most intelligent users to scroll down to see more. In my opinion, that would better match the experience of the theme that you get on a desktop.
In the end, though, I guess we beggars can’t be choosers. Maybe the paid version offers a better option.
