Boardwalk theme, smaller images on posts, still featuring image

  In the Boardwalk theme, I like to have smaller images in my posts (500,325) and still have the featuring images.
  The trick I found now is, I use the video format for a post, include a featuring image and include a smaller image in the post (via add media). This works well. However, it is a trick. There is a link to video now, which is not there.
