Boat loan fuction

The sailing organization I am a part of needs a system to keep track of out sailboat and who’s using it. So I was hoping maybe some of you here might have a solution for this.
System requirements/thoughts:
It should be possible for multiple people to borrow the boat each day, (everyone just taking up the hours they want to use it). The registrations should be shown in a calendar of some sort for everyone to see that if the boat is on loan at the moment and who’s using it (name and phone number). At the moment we are using a simple system, seen her: http://org.ntnu.no/seiling/oldpage/leie.php. It is in Norwegian, but should be very self explaining. But not everyone (just the admin, (me) can see who’s actually borrowing the boat, and the system is ugly as hell and impossible to implement into wordpress.The best solution I have come up with this far is using google calendar. It requires a google account, but it also allows us to control who’s even getting the possibility to borrow the boat. Still something simpler would be to prefer.
