Bogus comment emails I see no comments when I log in.

I am ennundated with an email about a comment on my site and they are all from the same entity.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. We do not provide support for
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM or

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Appreciate the reply. In actuality I am not sure of the differences. Word Press is the program that was used to set up my site. The URL name I bought from Go Daddy. Sounds like the hamburger came from GO Daddy and the bun from someplace else. To make any additions etc from my web page I have to log into Word Press. I never interface with Go Daddy unless it is time to renew the site name. If I get a comment I get email to approve, trash, comment from Word Press. The one in question did not show up when I tried. (likely bogus anyhow) As far as I know the site I have used before was WordPress.com not the org.

@karday if it helps, WordPress.org is free softare and WordPress.com is a service. It’s like the difference between a recipe and a restaurant.
If you’re running your own copy of the software at GoDaddy, you need to take care of security for your site. If these emails have a link that you’re clicking to log in, you might want to load up your site in another window and change its password just to be safe.
