  Hello, we currently have a site that has wordpress/woocommerce on it.
  Our web design who made it has shut down business and we need some support on it reactivating an ordering system. Happy to pay for support. the site address is http://www.bohoaus.com.au.

  We do not provide phone support at WordPress.com, and we also are only able to help with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  https://www.bohoaus.com.au/ was built using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and is hosted with another provider. We have no access to or control over that site.

  If you need help regaining access to that site’s admin interface, please contact your hosting provider directly.
