Boilerplates for TOS, Disclosure, and Privacy Statements

  Hello again. I remember some time ago seeing WordPress boiler plates for TOS and Privacy Statements. I thought there was one for disclosures too. I’ve searched and failed to find them. Can you help, please?

  Whoopee. Finally remembered you gave us permission to use your privacy statement and TOS under Creative Commons, so I have those now. Is there a disclosure boilerplate I’ve missed?

  These are all licensed under the Creative Commons, and you’re free to use them.
