Bold button disappears

    When I highlight something I want to unbold, my ‘B’ bold button disappears. I’ve tried everything to unbold. Read articles. Watched videos. Nowhere does it show the B button disappearing. EXTREMELY frustrating.

    Sorry to hear about this, it’s not an issue we’ve seen reported before. Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing? It will help to see the full page you are working on and the toolbar (where the bold option would normally be) so we can try it on our end and see what’s up.

    To share a screenshot with us, you can upload it to the Media Library on your site, and then copy the image URL. You can see a video of how to do this here: https://d.pr/v/Fcnerp

    Once you have the image URL just paste it into your reply and we will be able to see your screenshot, thanks!
