Bold text not appearing bold

    Hello,
    Bolded text on my site is suddenly not appearing bold, even though it still appears bold in the editor. It was normal just a few days ago and I haven’t changed anything, haven’t touched the site. All the solutions I’ve found online say to use options that no longer exist in WordPress (Edit Styles, Custom CSS) as far as I can tell. Totally at a loss as to how to get the bold text back.
