Bold text not appearing on posts/pages

  Hi,

  So I’m still pretty new to blogging. I have a free account with WordPress and I purchased the Atrium Theme. For some reason my text in my post looks bold while I’m editing the post but once I publish and view it on my website it’s no longer bold. I’m not sure how to fix this. Any ideas?

  For example in the link below I wanted each Step # to be bold but it’s not showing up that way.
