  Why when I bold some text. It looks blotchy. It kind of makes it look a little hard to read. I did a small example on home page to show.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t see blotchiness. I’m on windows 7 running FF29.

  i’ll look on another computer and see. i only notice it when i get out of the admin side.

  Yes, please post a screenshot. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

  I see the problem timethief. It only happens with Google Chrome. I’m thinking I shouldn’t worry about it. But it will be interesting to see what staff say.

  Hi there! I’m not seeing any blotchiness either. I am looking at your site in Google Chrome. If you’d like to share some screenshots, as timethief suggested, I’m happy to look at them.

  Two things you can check out:

  1. When you’re viewing your site and see the blotchiness, if you zoom in and out, do you still see the issue occurring? To zoom in, you can click Shift, Command + and for zooming out, click Shift, Command – .
  2. Also, make sure your display is set up correctly by clicking the Apple icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen → System Preferences → Displays. Make sure “Best for display” is chosen.

  I don’t think this is a major priority as your visitors aren’t seeing the issue, as I understand it. You’re only seeing the issue when you’re logged in and editing your site, correct? If it impedes your ability to manage your site, please let me know asap. Thanks very much!

  I tried google chrome without a MAC computer and it’s fine. I found an article and they say there is a problem, and hope the next google chrome update will be better. So it’s good on google chrome on a PC but not a MAC.

  Does this impact the functionality of your site, or your visitors’ ability to view your website as you’d like?

  We are not seeing your issue on Chrome or our Macs. If you’d like us to investigate further, send me a screenshot, so I view what you’re seeing. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

  I see no blotchiness in the screenshot you uploaded. Can you tell me specifically where on the page you’re seeing it?
