  Eu paguei o boleto ha alguns dias, o domínio deveria estar ativo. Qual o problema?
  I paid the ticket ha few days, the domain should be active. What’s the problem?

  We actually are showing in our payment history that the transaction did not complete. You will need to log in to your account and complete the transaction as normal by going here:

  Please note that the domain has been expired for 8 days and soon it will have a considerable late fee attached to it by the domain registry.
