  I have added blog picture. But why picture is not showed when page is open.

  I’m seeing custom blog pictures (blavatars) on both of those blogs. First thing, log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your computer.

  Secondly if they still do not show up, give it a day. It might be an invisible proxie server used by your ISP that has the old one cached and it might take 24 hours for it to get updated.
