  blue outline on book covers
  How do I get rid of the blue outline on my homepage?
  I wouldn’t mind if it was orange, like the rest of my page, or black.
  Can you help me, please?

  You should be able to achieve that with some CSS and the custom design upgrade (which you have as part of WordPress.com Premium).
