Book Lite theme not showing properly

  A few days ago it was working ok but today I noticed, that the first page does not have correct margins. As you can see it is full width instead of the ‘formated’ width seen in the themes preview and other blogs using this theme. Each post separately and from the second page and on it looks ok. Was it something I did with formatting or what?
  Help would be much appreciated.

  Never mind – found out that the featured image option was the cause.
  But there is seriously some bug because no matter what the image the full width formatting came back every time I set a featured image.
  Hope someone will fix this.
  In the meantime – no post headers for me.
