  You can add a PayPal button to any WordPress.com site https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
  Also, recently introduced is Simple Payments https://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/ which requires a WordPress.com Premium or Business plan. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
