  is the plan like ecommerce useful only for this specific domain? may i apply on other domains?
  if i chosse one plan like premium, and payed annually. but one month later I find it’s needed to upgrade to ecommerce edition, how to make the payment?

  You can build a site here with any plan from free to eCommerce. You’d click on “Upgrade” in the left hand menu if you wanted to move to a higher plan and usually be charged the difference between the two plans.
