  I’d like to offer booking on my blog; but I can’t find how to use the plugin in wordpress.com. Only on wordpress.org. Is there a way to do this? Offer booking from a wordpress.com blog? I am planning on converting to a .com once I do this.

  No. It is not possible on WordPress.com.
