Booking and membership plugin help

    i have made a website using bookly and Paid Memberships Pro, i want to know how to integrate them so my members can get free services for a number of quantities for I have 4 main categs for my memberships , small breed dogs,large breed dogs, cats, puppy/kitten. each categ has a standard package and a VIP package. in those packages they get some of services for 1 year and some quanitity based on standard or VIP and they dont need to pay if they are subscribed , and if a user is not subscribed they still can book a service but it has a fee.

    how can i achive this , Am i using wrong plugins? can u help?
