  You seem to be posting in the wrong forum.
  They are two DIFFERENT types of WordPress WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can read more about the differences here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  On wp.COM we cannot use plugins, so we can not help you. Go on over too http://wordpress.org/ for advice about plugins.
