Booking online form

  Hello,

  I am a beginner with wordpress, i would like to know if it’s possible to add a booking online form by using a calendar?

  Hi there. There’s not a built-in feature I know of that does that, but I’ve seen many users set up an account with an outside booking service and then add a button linking to that booking account via a text or image widget.

  All WordPress has is the contact form, which does not allow any interactive data like a calendar showing real-time availability. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  There is a great plugin called Woocommerce Booking. I’ve used it recently for a Beauty Therapists site. Here is a review and an easy tutorial to follow to see if it meets your requirements. You can buy it from various places but Woocommerce the guys who make it offer great customer support.

  Just to avoid confusion: plugins don’t work here on WordPress.com, they can be used at WordPress.org however. Here are some of the other differences.

  If you want people to book online for a certain event you are hosting or organising you might want to check out the themes that link with Eventbrite.
