Booking Reservation Plugin (Woocommerce?)

Hello,
I am an admin for the Natural Bridge Park and Historic Hotel and can’t seem to find a way to edit the booking plugin. The plugin doesn’t even show up on my wp-admin panel. I’ve tried going through the other accounts to see if it is solely linked to those but have yet to find any account that can edit the booking settings. If you could get back to us with any help you can give that would be much appreciated. -
You cannot run woocommerce on any site that’s hosted by wordpress.COM. You can only run it on a wordpress.ORG install on paid hosting. Moving to Self-Hosted WordPress https://move.wordpress.com/
There is no secure payments system here at wordpress.COM and you cannot add a shopping cart to sites hosted by wordpress.COM.
E-commerce options have been removed here at WordPress.COM. Secure payment systems are not available here at wordpress.COM. You need a wordpress.ORG install. Moving to Self-Hosted WordPress

(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Im on .org but my username is from a site backup we deleted. Woocomerce works on the current site thats hosted just not thenot the booking settings. Ill emphasize again that the website IS .org or i wouldnt have mentioned woocomerce
