Booking system for a chauffeur service.

    Looking for an online booking system for a chauffeur service. Now the trick bit is:

    Someone books your car this Thursday night at 7pm – how will they know, and how will you tell them if you are able to do that time and date via the website? That is if someone calls you (at the moment), you can check your calendar and let them know if you can do it or not. So if you are point A and your current booking runs to 6:30 and the next booking is from B 10 mins away), you know that you have enough time to get from A to B by that time. If you need to get to point C (40 mins away) though, the website would need to be that clever. You would also need to ensure that you put into the system any phone bookings you agree to so the system knows.

    is this possible to do via a widget either paid or unpaid? Happy to get a quote.
