Bookmark Photo Change

  How do I change the photo that displays when people bookmark my site? I thought changing my gravatar would fix it but when you click My Sites and look at the small photo at the top left of the page, it is still the original photo I had when I signed up. Any input would be awesome!

  It is a photo of a selfie in a green top that is my current bookmark photo if that helps – not the one in the white blazer.
