Not sure what you’ve guys done with the bookmarklet. Please bring it back. A perfectly working piece of technology has been removed. That’s just not fair.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The following might be relevant. In the recent topic Why “The WordPress bookmarklet was deprecated. Please delete it…” Happiness Engineer Darnell Dibbles said:The bookmarklet via wp-admin no longer functions — where you would click on a bookmark in your browser and it would grab stuff off of a site.
However, the editor itself when hitting wp-admin/press-this.php itself will keep working. You can still add a URL to your site similarly to how you did it with the old bookmarklet. To do this, add /wp-admin/press-this.php to the end of your site’s address. For example, to access the Press This feature on your (X) site, go to this address:

Hi there,
Are you referring to the Press This bookmarklet? It has been retired from the Core WordPress software, so we have no direct control over this. You can see the Core ticket on this here:
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/41689
The Calypso version of the Press This bookmarklet can still be used as it runs on our Calypso codebase and not on the core software. I can’t guarantee that it won’t be retired at some point as well, though.

This is ridiculous. Why would they remove this perfectly working functionality!!?! Thinking of closing the site.
