Bookmarks or Hyperlink within a page items

How can I create Hyperlinks within the same page for different topics.
E.g. in a page I have 3 different Heads like About Me, My Credentials, What I offer.
I want to create links (sidebar) on clicking which I am taken to the different items locations on the same page.
Is it possible to do this? Most of the other web builders provide this feature like in Jimdo.Kindly help me out.
