Books I Recommend Photos. How?

  I’d like to link or somehow show the covers of books I recommend as seen on other sites but can’t figure out how to do this. I’ve noticed that when you hover over a book photo, a Barnes & Noble book preview screen pops up. When you click on it, it takes you to the Barnes & Noble book site. Help
