  How can you add a border around a form built in WordPress.com?

  I want it on the form I have noe added to a text widget on the site. Thanks!

  You may want to check out the Custom Design Upgrade. This allows you to customize your theme, add borders to elements, change layout and colors, hide unwanted elements, and more. However, this does require at least some basic experience with CSS and HTML.
