Border around my images

  I can´t put a border around my images trough the image editor anymore. I have to turn the option “text” instead of “visual” and write the code (style=”border: 3px solid black;” ) to put a 3 pixel wide black border around each image. Not so practical. Can you guys fix it and put that option the way it was?
