Border around page
-
This question is not about MY personal blog, but rather about someone else’s of which I have been given the pleasure of maintaining/updating. I have put a thin (1px) dark grey border around the main page, which was easy to do. On that page are articles, and when you click on the header, it takes you to a separate page dedicated to that particular article. Now, on those pages, the border doesn’t appear. I want it to appear on every page, and I’ve looked through all of the CSS and other pages, and I can’t find how to do this. Help?!! Thank you! :)

First off we need a link to the blog, and secondly, it is a really bad idea to put your email address in an public forum. Spammers will find it and swamp you with spam.

The guy has a password on the blog, so only select people (people in his group) can view it. I will see if I can get permission to post it.

I can’t get permission to post the password, so I took a couple of screenshots.

First off we need to determine if the blog is even hosted here, which is why we need the link to it. If the blog is self-hosted, then this is the wrong forum. Giving us the URL will determine that. We will not be able to see it, but at least we will make sure you are in the right forum.
Secondly, that does not look like any of the themes here at wordpress.COM, unless it has been heavily customized. What is the theme name?

Here is the URL: http://www.highachieving.com/blog/
The theme name is Simplistic Blue by Carsen Klock (which has been modified, mostly by me).

That is a self-hosted blog which means you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where self-hosted blogs are supported. We do not have that theme here, and even if we did, it would have been modified from the original version to work with the multi-user version of wordpress used here.

You’re welcome.
One other note, many times the theme designer is a better source of information on the CSS issues and such, if they will help. Many get so inundated with questions on modifying things that they quit doing it.

I did contact the designer through twitter but as of yet, he hasn’t responded. I couldn’t find an email address for him. I posted my request for help at the other forum.
Thanks again! :)
