Border Around the Page Surrounding the Content

  I’m new to wordpress.com and I would like to know how can I add a border around the page margins surrounding the content. For example, on this blog: https://wingu283.wordpress.com/ and http://designbylulu.wordpress.com/ have a border around their content.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
