Border Radius on Buttons

What happen to the Border Radius option for buttons?

Jetpack: Yes

Hi,
The Border Radius modulator is still present in the block settings of every Buttons Block. See the Block Settings Panel section of the Buttons Block support page, and its Border Radius subsection.
To view the Block settings panel, click the Block button shown (green arrow) in the image below.

I should have said to click on the button that you want to modify in the post editor first, this will open up the correct block settings.
-
Or, rather, clicking on the button to be modified in the post editor will select the type of block, so that when you click the Block button shown in the image above the settings/options appropriate to that block will be displayed in the panel.

I’m on block. and I do not see border option. it is not displaying in the sidebar. it is frustration.
-
I see stacked in sidebar under Button
Styles
Typography
Color
Width settings
AdvancedThat’s it.
-
Hmm…I’ve got the same options that you listed, plus Border, which is between Typography and Color. I’ll call for staff attention to see if they might be able to explain why you’re not seeing that option. Staff will respond here.

Hi there!
Just a heads up that your site at wainscott11975.com is using the WordPress.org software and it’s hosted by a different hosting company. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org
On this forum, we can primarily help with WordPress.com sites. I’ll be happy to share some pointers, but you may want to post on the WordPress.org community forum for more assistance.
As for your question, if you recently updated to WordPress 5.8, the Block Radius option (among others) showing up will rely on two things:
* Theme developers enabling the feature in a theme.json file.
* Block developers declaring their blocks supports the feature with the block supports API.These things are new to WordPress 5.8 and the latest version of Gutenberg.
I’d suggest checking with the theme support (or try activating the default theme to see if the Block Radius option shows up). If that doesn’t work, please post a new thread on the WordPress.org forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
Here are some links relevant to this change in WordPress 5.8:

Thank you for your response.
The website in question is this: https://ehtrustees.com/
And, true, it is not a wordpress.com site.
My solution was to change the CSS on the block so that every button had the border radius I liked, I am no longer going to sweat this issue. And actually made it easier because it one fewer thing for my to adjust when adding buttons.
Thanks again,
Michael

@mhnsn12e65405670 – What values did you change? I have been trying to apply CSS rules to the button in a widget, but nothing seems to effect it. Thanks!
