bordering/framing photo images

  A year ago when I first started using WordPress, I saw a post on how to easily frame photos for your blog. I was so overwhelmed with just writing a blog that I didn’t learn or keep the information. Now I’d like to add more of my own photos.

  I’ve found the information for entering html code for borders around photos, but there must be a simpler way to publish photos with frames.

  However, if entering code is the only way to do it, where is the code entered? In other words, what are the steps to enter code and where do I click to enter it? Thanks!

  I saw this but it’s the one that I don’t understand – I see the code but don’t see where it’s entered or how.
