borders on table cells

    I want borders on my cells, with spacing between the cells, without a table border. I haven’t been able to get rid of the table border that comes with the theme and I have too much space between the cells. Also I assume this goes in the CSS editor. Do I need to put anything in the text editor?

    Since you sound comfortable with some level of coding, I would recommend taking a look at http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp. Using CSS to style tables, just like anything else, is the recommended method. Keep in mind that you need the right account privileges to use custom CSS on WordPress.com.
