I’m really sorry for your frustration here. I noticed you’ve opened multiple requests for support. To keep our conversation organized, please keep all further conversation here. I’ll be closing the other threads with a link back here.
It looks like you started a Premium bundle trial on 2/23/15 and registered the domain pmfayard.com. Then, you cancelled that bundle and domain on the same day. Finally, you purchased the Premium bundle and purchased another mapping upgrade for the domain pmfayard.com.
When a domain is cancelled, it doesn’t become available again immediately. So, when you cancelled the Premium bundle, the domain was made unavailable for a short period of time (a few weeks). When you repurchased the domain and the Premium bundle, you were only purchasing the mapping upgrade, not the mapping + registration. I’ve refunded your $11 purchase as a result. Your site should now be loading at pmfayard.wordpress.com.
If you would like to use pmfayard.com, please reply back and let me know. I’ll reach out to the registrar to restore the domain to your account.

I was able to restore the domain to your account. You should see it here:

The domain should start functioning correctly within the next several hours. You’ll be able to tell when the domain is working because pmfayard.com will redirect to pmfayard.wordpress.com. It just takes awhile for the domain to become reactivated.
When the domain is successfully taking you to pmfayard.wordpress.com, you can change the primary domain on the account per the link above.
