Can you please let me know the terms I am paying under for your hosting of crozetrestorations.com and atienobird.com ? Both are down and it’s killing business. I am unable to access even the login screen for wp-admin. I literally cannot reach the company. I asked on the forums almost a week ago. I do not like your lack of customer service and wish to move hosting to godaddy. Please let me know how to stop paying for hosting and what plan am I on currently?

Hi @atieno163a3bc0ea, I’m sorry you’re having trouble. We’d love to help, but crozetrestorations.com doesn’t use our hosting and neither does atienobird.com. Both seem to be hosted at GoDaddy and have been for some time. Any chance you’re using their WordPress hosting plan?

For what it’s worth, our uptime stats here are excellent, and even though our managed Business plan costs more than cheaper hosts, our users tend to save money because of all the services we include and the quality we offer.

If you’re interested in hosting here, you’d need to get the sites working (GoDaddy should fix the 403 error, and they may be able to help with the Critical Error too), then you can use this tool to import your sites. You could even import one, then add the other later if you’d like:

Also, if it helps, you can use the free, DIY WordPress software while using GoDaddy hosting, and it appears that’s what you’re doing. We’re more hands-on here, but your sites would need to use our services for us to help.

If you’re losing money with outages there, I think you’d be happier here. You’ll just need to get the current errors sorted out. Hoping this helps!
