Botiga Theme/Woocommerce – issue with number of products shown

I am using the theme Botiga as well as Woocommerce.
I have an issue with the number of products showed in total on the website and also the number of products per rows.
At the moment my website only show 9 products in total (3/row) when I have 15 products in my inventory. I also can not change the number of products per rows or the number of rows per page.
What is going on? Which setup is messed up?

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

Hey there,
There are two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, and the other is WordPress.org, which is where the free self-hosted version of the software is downloaded and installed on a server. More on the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Currently, magandpierce.com is not on WordPress.com servers and is using the free open source version of WordPress available on WordPress.org.
As such, we don’t have access to the site and can’t see the product settings.
However if you would want us to have that sort of access to check the site, and to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan. We have information about all that it offers here:
