Bottom Feature Heading — how to link to a page?

  Hi again, I’m new here, and I’m trying to figure out how to link the “Why Hire a Professional” bottom feature heading to it’s own page.

  You can see my site here: http://www.eventsbyautumn.com, and the bottom feature heading is at the bottom of the page.

  I’m so new to wordpress, please describe to me how to do it, like I’m a child :) Thank you in advance!
