bought 3rd party theme

  Hi Guys

  i bought a 3rd party theme. Why can’t I upload it under the themes tab?

  Also if you state I can’t upload custom themes please explain why so many people do? it seems there is a lot of conflicting information. i.e. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_lbYWWPB2Q&feature=related
