Bought a 2-year plan, not working

  I bought an annual plan and domain (diamondgazette.org) for this site a few months ago and it was working for a couple months but now it’s reverted back to diamondgazette.wordpress.com. When I go to Upgrades or Domains it says I have no plan or domain although the receipts and billing history are still there. When I try to access diamondgazette.org it says the site is no longer connected. However, it wouldn’t make sense that the plan was expired as it was clearly a prepaid 2-year plan.
