Bought a domain on wordpress.com, now wants wordpress.org features

  A couple a months ago, I bought a domain for my blog. Learning about SEO, is making me want to get the features that are only available on wordpress.org. Could I update to the Premium to get the same functions? Or move it to a domain hosting site like Bluehost or SiteGround? Thanks!
