Bought a domain (premium plan – personal), but can't access it

  When I am trying to access the domain I created, it shows the ‘does not exist’, I have also lost the access to live chat support.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I checked your blog and it’s up and running so I suggest contacting support by email. Perhaps there’s a password problem or something.

  @lavinayadav – lavinayadav.com is also up and running for me as well. If you still don’t see it, try a hard refresh of your browser or with a different browser entirely.

  Thank you all for the quick responses!
  The site is up as lavinayadav.com but I can’t access it to make any edits on my page (https://wordpress.com/stats/day/lavinayadavblog.wordpress.com). Any edits that I made including the blogs are showing up on a page that’s associated with a free wordpress account (https://wordpress.com/stats/day/lavinayadavblog.wordpress.com).
  Since it’s not a premium account anymore, live chat support is not applicable as well.

  lavinayadav.com is currently mapped to lavinayadavdotcom.wordpress.com and not lavinayadavblog.wordpress.com

  To which WordPressdotcom site should the domain be mapped?

  It should be mapped to my account – lavinayadavblog.wordpress.com so that all my blogs show up on lavinayadav.com. and I should be able to edit it. And, per premium plan, I should have access to other features too. Appreciate your help with this.

  Hi Lavina –

  You’ll need to sign in to your other account to access live chat support. This account does not have any upgrades on it. I’ve sent an email to the address you need to sign in with on WordPress.com to get in to the correct account.
