Bought a plan but it's not showing up on WordPress.com account

  Hello, I bought the ‘Akismet/VaultPress Lite Bundle Yearly’ plan off Akismet.com and got Akismet and Vaultpress hooked up to my site but it’s not showing up here on wordpress.com as a plan. Is this not the same plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, is for WordPress.org installs.

  It is a WordPress.org install (my site is self-hosted), but I hooked up Jetpack which hooks up my WordPress.com functionality to my self-hosted site.

  Ok, but this forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  Or Jetpack support.

  I’ll try somewhere else then.

  I know the difference re: org and com but it didn’t say anything about this rule where I was posting from. And I’m asking for help with my .com account so I’m not sure why it can’t go here. There was no option to contact anyone directly so I could only post in the forum. Anyway. I’m sorry I asked.
