Bought a premium plan

    I bought a premium plan with wordpress. I bought my domain through Go Daddy. I transferred the domain to WordPress. The problem is WordPress is not acknowledging that I bought a plan. I was charged and paid but I’m not able to create a site.

    Is there a support number I can call to speak to a support rep? This is frustrating because I need to build this site.

    Yes, I bought the business plan.

    When I go to that screen it is blank. It says contact us but has nothing else on the page. No chat function is displayed.

    The problem is I already had a domain through go daddy before I bought the premium wordpress plan. I transfered everything over but I can not get to my site. The dashboard does not have my site and I can’t edit any information. I also keep getting an error message each time I go to my dashboard.

    This has been going on for over a month and I am beyond frustrated.

    Your site here, the one with the Business Plan is https://fitandlean4ever.com/ and already has a domain on it. Is that the domain you were attempting to add?

    If so, when a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, your domain may go to its old location, and you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors.”

    If you still have trouble viewing the site after 24 hours have passed, please try clearing your browser’s cache: https://www.refreshyourcache.com/

    If that doesn’t work, try clearing your local DNS cache: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
