Bought a premium subscription but account says I’m on a free plan

    I can’t figure out why the domain I registered isn’t showing up in WordPress. I have a premium plan but it’s not showing up. The current site says ‘lydiamcbratney.wordpress.com’ when I wanted it to say ‘lydiamcbratney.com.’ If anyone knows how I can fix this, I would appreciate it.

    The site I need help with is lydiamcbratney.wordpress.com.

    Hi there! It looks like that domain was registered under a different user account than the one you used to post here and tied to a different website than the one you posted above.

    You would need to log into the user account that owns the domain in order to use it.

    If you don’t remember what account you used to purchase this and if you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
