Bought a premium theme and it;s not showing in my dashboard as a managed theme.

  I’ve paid $68 for a premium theme that is unavailable and not found when I try to activate it. Also ever since I’ve paid another $119 to have my site migrated to WordPress.org, it is not working the same. I can’t add post, photos etc. I need this problem fixed or I believe a full refund is in order. Much thanks!

  You purchased the theme through us, so it’s only available on your WordPress.com blog. Would you like me to cancel that?

  Also, please make sure that you’re logging into your self-hosted WordPress.org blog to post, not your WordPress.com blog.
