bought a template but cannot access it

  Hi, I bought the PORT template for $75 after having bought the premium account.

  My bank statement indicates that the money has been debited. However, we cannot access the template, moreover, as we look for the PORT template it appears as it hasn’t been bought yet.

  I would appreciate a prompt response as I need to show the client the starting point of the site.
