Bought a theme and it does not work – no response from seller

    I bought an upgrade to my theme and the vendor does not respond to my issue. I cannot upload it as it is missing style css something or other. I get an error every single time I try to upload the theme I paid for. I contacted them many ways. Email, their support ticket system, they simply do not respond. How can I get a refund?     That sounds frustrating! I’m afraid, however, that nobody here, at WordPress.com, can help you with this.

    If there’s no way to contact the developers, I’d recommend checking at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, to see if anyone was in a similar situation.

    Most folks in these forums have a free WordPress site hosted here with us and thus can’t install third-party themes without upgrading. And since the upgraded sites come with direct support, those users don’t typically hang out here. So you’ll likely find more relevant information if you’ll try the other forum.
