Bought a WP Theme for my site, but now I'm very confused

  Hi
  I bought a theme template from a site, for use to build my own site. I like the layout etc of the pages that I have purchased.
  The package is a WordPress package, but now I am very confused about what I need to be doing on your site in order to be able to use this for my personal benefit.
  From what I can see, it is going to cost me the $25 per month business plan in order to be able to do this?
  I have already bought a domain name, and am using that, however all the packages I see tell me I get one with the package. Not something I really want or need?
  Is there a simple, stripped down package that will allow me to work on the Theme I have purchased and use it then on my site?

  As you will more than likely notice, website building is not my high point of knowledge

  Either purchase a premium plan or move to self hosted wordpress

  This is WordPress.com. Where did you buy the theme from?

  You’ve just set up an empty WordPress.com site in the last few days. Have you already got a self-hosted site elsewhere using the WordPress.org software? More details are required about what you’ve done so far and what you’re trying to achieve. Before you make any unnecessary purchases you’d better read the differences between the two platforms:
